What is Kelly's Coaching all About?

In this intimate opportunity, we will dive in together and once and for all leave the dieters mentality behind! We will make you less of a dieter and more the detective of your personal biofeedback. As your coach I will walk step by step with you as we establish a clear pathway to closing the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

In addition, I will help provide you the “structure” you indeed need to know “what to do”, and
will help you to FINALLY once and for all understand why your body does what it does and what you need to do to begin to TAKE CONTROL of it. This is not a “one size fits all cookie cutter” perfect diet that can just be handed to you. The perfect diet is the diet that we create from listening to your own intimate knowledge of your personal metabolic expression, psychology, and personal preferences.

In addition to figuring out your own personal metabolic blueprint, we will also incorporate lifestyle routines and habits that need to be rewired for your overall success. This is not just about changing your nutrition, it is about CHANGING YOUR LIFE!  Kelly will teach you not only about nutrition, but also simple effective tips.  For example how simply changing your language will help make your transformation that much more successful.  Helping you to recognize that using words and statements like "I'm on the wagon", "I'm off the wagon", "I can't have", "I was good/bad", are harming your overall success.

You will learn how hormone imbalances can prevent fat loss even with dieting and exercising regulary, as well as how hormone imbalances can affect your sleep cycles, carbohydrate cravings, and energy levels.

Kelly will teach you what really works for permanent fat loss! You will be free of the fat and bulges FOREVER!  The goal is not to be perfect, but to become more in control of your life through your choices.

 

 

" I've always been a pretty clean eater but Kelly has introduced a different dynamic to my eating. I am more present and enjoying the new information.
