A Note From Kelly...
I used to get the worst anxiety when I had goals I wanted to achieve, but also wanted to be a "Social Butterfly."
All I could think about was, "Here I go again....once again I am not sticking to my word or my goals."
I could never navigate through balancing both without feeling like I had to choose. I was either "good or bad". Finding balance was a true struggle. I literally felt like I was being perfect or was a total shit-show!
Until one day I decided enough was enough & divorced the all-or-nothing mindset!
Making that decision 4 YEARS ago changed everything!
It feels so good to be FREE from "CHOOSING" and it feels even more amazing being
