WORKOUT #1
Functional Workout:

Set a timer for 15 minutes. 
Repeat each exercise 12 times and conduct as a circuit. Once the timer goes off, you have the option to continue on with the cardio blast exercise. Click this link to grab written instructions. 

WORKOUT #2
Endurance Workout:

Repeat each exercise 12 times.
You can conduct as a circuit if you would like or stick to one exercise - complete 3 sets of 12 repetitions and then move on to the next exercise. Click this link to grab written instructions. 

WORKOUT #3
Strength Workout:

Repeat each exercise 12 times. You can conduct as a circuit if you would like or stick to one exercise - complete 3 sets of 12 repetitions and then move on to the next exercise. You can also play around with the reps/weight as I mention in the video where you can do a pyramid. Meaning the weight goes up and the reps go down.

Example:
1st set do 12 reps with a 15 lbs dumbbell.
2nd set do 10 reps with a 20 lbs dumbbell.
3rd set do 8 reps with a 25 lbs dumbbell.
