WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT ACTIVATE DETOX

Kimberly

My wins so far no craving for any sweets or pop. I am still trying to get the workouts in though but my energy is slowly coming back from getting sick.

Kristy

I'm realizing that I really can stay committed to my self and wellness goals. And I'm definitely spending a lot more time in the kitchen!

Lisa

Definitely making better food choices and portion sizes are under control. Which is making me mentally feel more positive about myself. I guess my biggest non-scale victory is more self love.

Tonya

I no longer have coffee right when I get up. I wait for 90 min at least before I have any. Sometimes I have green tea. I do not have constant neck/should pain. I am more aware of how to manager internal stress, still working on that though. I have been able to stay pretty consistent with my eating and I am not snacking for the most part. I noticed that if I don't eat a full meal, I'll be tempted to snack because I'm hungry. Otherwise, I don't get really hungry. So lots of wins.

Amber

My mind is definitely out to get me I’m so used to having potatoes, rice or pasta with meals that I’m almost having food aversion. I’m finding myself struggling to eat foods I’ve never had a hard time with before and the junk cravings are so bad! I’ve  also had terrible headaches the past 2 days! Which just shows me that I desperately need this detox!!

Erica

I have pretty much eliminated snacking in the evenings (if I snacked, it's a piece of dark chocolate after dinner but not very often) which has been a challenge for me about 6 mos now. I have lost 3lbs which I know is from processed GF snacks that I was eating in the evenings. Inflammation is back down and my sleep has gotten better.

Dan

I have eliminated snacking in the evenings (graham crackers, small ice cream cones) and led an outdoor men's conference last weekend and did not snack on the treat the guys brought to share for Friday night. Big win!

Carla

Every small step that leads to your goal must be done. There are no shortcuts in your health journey!

Amanda

Overall, I have reminded myself that I can do hard shit, I can prioritize myself and I feel better when I do intentional exercise.
