You were or are a yo yo dieter, chronic dieter, have thyroid issues, stressed, anxious, feel like your life is chaos - time management is an issue, things “overwhelm” you, you feel short fused/snappy, brittle hair, weak nails - they will split and chip, lose the outside of eye brow, feel cold all the time, can’t lose weight, are exercising but nothing changes, are cutting your calories and don’t understand why you aren’t losing weight, brain fog, you wake up feeling drained.

You have been told you have insulin resistance or are pre-diabetic, or have diabetes. Also may have family history of diabetes. You feel like you have no time to do anything for yourself...let alone no energy or time to exercise. You have zero motivation. You gravitate toward convince foods (protein bars/pretzels/crackers/cheese/take out. You just feel like you need to "grab food and go". You snack all the time. Don't eat a lot of full meals. Feel hungry all the time. You have lots of energy crashes. Your day may start ok energy wise, but you crash around lunch…then eat…feel a little pick up in energy---then you have another crash around 2pm, and then again another slump after work.
WHAT TO EXPECT

Curated Plan
You will fill out a very in-depth form. You will also send me images of your body so I can also use that as a tool to assess where you may have difficulties with imbalances. You will also provide me with your current nutrition habits so I can see what types of foods you lean into, which will also help me assess where you may have issues with time and or stress. I gather all the information and curate a plan while we discuss everything over Zoom.

Personalized Meal Plan
During the Zoom we will create a personalized meal plan specific to your individual hormonal and energetic needs. This includes very easy to follow recipes with each day mapped out for you. This will take the pressure off any confusion around knowing what to eat. The platform I use is interactive and super cool (as featured in the above video.) You and I map it out together so you will know EVERYTHING on your plan.

Specific Action Plan
You will be given a specific action plan... in other words you will know exactly what to adjust and focus to support your desired goals. It could be action steps for better sleep, better digestion, more energy... hence leading to releasing weight... Huge win! It is all CUSTOMIZED to you!

Guided Meditation
You will also receive a guided meditation which helps with relaxation (being the zebra... if you know you know) and the opportunity to rewire the unconscious DESIRED habits!

Recommendations
Suggested lab work and hormonal supplementation if applicable.
