  7. The impact of insulin on fat oxidation
  8. The importance of understanding the energy balance (calories in vs. calories out)
  9. Showing self-compassion and healing the "broken" version of ourselves
  10. The need to prioritize self-care and release guilt around taking care of oneself.
 

Day 2 - Replay

  1. The generational stories and beliefs can get passed down and distort the truth….hence our current mental and physical reality.

  2. Metabolic flexibility. What it is and why you need your metabolism to be flexible.
  3. How to determine if you have a flexible metabolism and how to improve metabolic flexibility.

  4. Blood sugar and how it impacts releasing inflammation.

  5. EFT Tapping and how it can help resolve stress and behaviors such as emotional/stress eating.

  6. How disease and illness are related to metabolic dysfunction, stress, coping behaviors, negative emotions, and limiting beliefs. 

  7. Negative emotions and limiting beliefs can be shame, feeling inadequate, worrying about the future, worrying about parents, fear of leaving a job, guilt, anxious feelings, anger, and sadness. 

  8. Coping behaviors such as people-pleasing, ruminating thoughts, time management issues, and addictive behaviors like alcohol, sex, and shopping. 
 

Day 3 - Replay

  1. Self-awareness: understanding what isn't serving you anymore, recognizing growth and worthiness, trusting gut feelings, and recognizing when it's time to move on.
  2. The connection between behaviors, stressors, hormones, actions, and feelings: the impact of people, places, and things around us on our behaviors, stressors, hormones, actions, and feelings.
  3. Nervous system regulation and cortisol: the effect of stress on the nervous system and how it regulates everything, including motivation and empowerment.
  4. The importance of restoration and doing less instead of more: taking things off the to-do list instead of adding more to it.
  5. Core wounds and burnout: the connection between unresolved emotions and coping mechanisms, such as over scheduling and avoidance, that lead to burnout.
  6. Understanding tipping points: knowing when to stop and setting limits to prevent burnout in different areas of life, such as alcohol, carbohydrates, stress, and difficult family members.
