What are macros?

 
Macros (macronutrients) are what makes up the food we eat each day in order to live and function. As the building blocks of your food, every calorie you eat breaks down into one of the three types of macros: fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. 
 

What can counting macros do for me?

First and foremost, it creates awareness of caloric input and food quality. When you want to reach or keep a certain weight, you’ll want to do more than just count calories every time you eat a meal or a snack. While counting calories lets you monitor your energy intake and helps you ensure that you burn enough energy throughout the day, keeping track of calories doesn’t give you a detailed picture of nutritional intake. To track the nutrition in your diet, you need to count macronutrients.

 WHO IS KELLY?

For years, Kelly was the Queen of what she calls the "Dieter's Mindset / Start-Over Syndrome."  She was someone who was ALWAYS STARTING OVER because either social temptations would get the best of her or she would get impatient and  convinced there was something better out there.  After many years of dieting misery and living the vicious cycle of binge eating and drinking she was finally able to take back control of her life and eating habits through bio-feedback, intuitive eating, exercise, and proper supplementation...and THEN...in September, 2017, she had a baby at age 45. Fast forward 9 months post partum to June 2018, she was STUCK, still had 30lbs to lose. She tried everything she knew, but just couldn't get the weight off so she hired a macro coach.  After working with the coach for just a few months she felt amazing, her body composition completely changed, and was hooked! As they say, the rest is history!

If you do the work, are CONSISTENT, and follow the process step-by-step you will experience more success than you have ever thought possible!  That said, because I cannot guarantee that you will 100% do the work, I cannot guarantee results. 

What happens after I  receive my breakdown? Will my numbers need to be changed again?

That is totally up to you, however, for continued maximum results, and because your body does adapt (in other words will hit a plateau), I  would highly recommend it.
