While the manual suggests taking weekly measurements, this is not a priority for you. Activate 21 is also available as a standalone program without individualized support, which is what this manual was originally designed for. However, since you’re working one-on-one with me, you also have direct access to me, as well as Practice Better, which provides additional tools and guidance. I’m sharing this so you can focus on what truly matters, rather than spending time on unnecessary tasks.
