Coaching with kelly and the MRA changed my life. I learned to stop sabotaging every “diet” I tried, and learned how to eat for my body, my personal preferences, and ultimately my hormones. I no longer look at food as the enemy, but as a friend that provides my body fuel.

I started with Kelly in 2017 to loss weight and get my PCOS under control with the hope of being able to conceive a child naturally. Once hearing about Kelly I joined her group last minute and jumped on board!!! It was a really hard journey for me because I had never eaten healthy and did not know right from wrong. So after a loooong learning curve and lots of hard work with Kelly’s amazing guidance and knowledge I finally got myself in the swing of a healthier lifestyle and stated doing things that made my life happier!!!
A little over 6 months after joining MRA, I was down 10-15 lbs and able to actively do all the things I had been dreaming of. And then to our shock WE WERE PREGNANT!!! We now have an amazing energetic 2 year old son who is going to be the best big brother ever to his little sister that is due this August.
Conceiving twice naturally has been the biggest miracle in our lives but we truly believe/know this all has been possible because of Kelly’s program and her knowledge and encouragement!!!

Being post menopausal after a total hysterectomy, I was lost with no direction to go and the Doctor told me I can’t fix your weight problem.
